I went to this church tonight for a retreat. Had not been there for a while. Got fascinated by the cross which shows Jesus, without any blood of any kind, being nailed to the cross. Is looked like Jesus just decided to go to bed at night and fall asleep and there was nothing better than the cross. No suffering, just peaceful sleep. Not the kind of cross I like. After all, he was beaten to a pulp. Show SOME suffering and pain.
