What does it say?

I looked at the altar yesterday where I was visiting and there was a stone set into the wall. The engraving read: Poly. Poly? I thought may be the parakeet had died or another cardinal. I am nearsighted. So then I squinted real hard and I read: Foly. Foly? Had to be Foly as in F.o.l.y. - something in Latin. I recently thought a Latin phrase was Spanish. Foly was no help. I don't know any Latin. Then I realized it was Holy, duuuh. The bottom part of the H was not very well carved into the stone.
