Mother and I traveled a lot and there were certain countries where we never dared give the waiter two orders at once because they forgot them both. Went to a local doughnut shop with a friend recently I ordered a latte and a decaf mocha. We got one drink: a latte decaf mocha. I have no idea what this concoction is or was but my friend said it was good. "Where is the latte?" "Ohhh, you wanted TWO drinks?" "Well, yeah!"
