I did not get any sleep. Developed a nice case of muscle spasm where a shoulder blade usually does its work without any problems. Appointment tomorrow with the Orthopedic guy. I am angling for a referral for physical therapy. They have the equipment - hot and cold - that is really penetrating and should bring some relief. No mouse work today in the office and I won't go there tonight either.
