What else is new?

I am supposed to go to Israel on Saturday. Should I take my helmet along? I wish the tour company would cancel or postpone the trip. Got injected with Lidocaine today where my shoulder was acting up. Muscle cramps. Now my shoulder is OK but my brain is mush. Of course when your brain is mush, one is the last to realize it.
