Branch office meeting

We had a branch office meeting today. Mrs. Fritchley was in high form. I could overhear some whispers about a coat. I think she bought the branch manager a coat. I will find out tomorrow. We are supposed to have a town hall meeting with people from Canada coming down. I think it is such a crazy undertaking to even think of building a church at this point that I might not even go to the town hall meeting. Canada really wants us to build a church for the school and that we should or would build something for five other churches without them having to contribute anything is just crazy. The collections are way down anyway. Gave away bibles today. I got them for $5 each. A real bargain. Still, could only gave away one carton and had ordered two. So I will peddle it to other churches as I visit. Went with the nun to a bull roast this afternoon and when we got there, the place was empty and our tickets said: March 8th. Hello! Had a great ride along the water and showed the nun where we previously owned two houses, one right on the water. When we sold the one on the water the Big Herod got most of the receipts. Well, live and learn.
