My friend Kara

I have a friend "Kara" who works for the postal service and meets with the postmaster general on a regular basis. So when my mail is five minutes late or five weeks late and I am totally frustrated, Kara will encourage me to write to the postmaster general. Once I do this, however, Kara disappears for a while - vanishes into thin air. No more encouragement, no more support. I like Kara but this has happened too many times not to notice. Heloise is always full of encouragement but she does not know the postmaster general which might be a good thing because Heloise might take his head off.
