I got an inquiry form from a foreign IRS. One of the lines wants to know the name of the deceased. The next line wants to know the new address. Hello????? How do I answer this? The deceased has two new addresses: 1)
cemetery 2) heaven. Take your pick. I am not sure about his cell phone.
