Miss Hitchley and her boss are requesting the pleasure of your company in finding a suitable suitor - no -........basement apartment for Miss Hitchley. They must have checked around and found out that a 1st floor apartment is too expensive. The nun happens to have a vacant basement apartment. It will be a mighty adjustment for Miss Hitchley from a brand new 2 bedroom condo with a huge master bathroom to a basement apartment. The nun is debating if she should rent. She has my blessings.
