The Temple

I went to a bible class this morning at the Church of the Crucified. One of the facilitators told me that she recently attended a Sunday service at our temple. Apparently the tall Deacon's robe opened and there he was with his shorts exposed and his bare legs visible. Gasp! She did not think it was an appealing sight. She did not say that more was exposed - I was all ear at that point. God said to Moses that the priests had to wear britches during temple service. Are shorts britches? Not enough if your robe opens. I assured her that in due time the Chief Rabbi will take care of all abuses etc, etc. She was satisfied - for right now.
