Building up the Body of Christ

I am afraid that the same old entrenched people will show up on all these committees. A lot of hand wringing and a lot of sighing and nothing will change. Research will be done with the same old people which makes this whole endeavor flawed from the start, collaborative planning will be done with the scrapers and lickers and listening will be done so long as you don't say anything contrary that would push the higher ups out of their comfort zone.
