If you really want to know what is going on in your cubicle why don't you send a survey to everyone? You can send mail to everyone when you want money, why not now? I can think of no better research than questioning everybody.
How do you feel about your pastor, parish, bishop, administrator, programs, evangelization efforts, clustering, having a voice? Would you ever leave? Why or why not?
