The roast for the pot luck in the parish had to be prepared in my house. I wanted to do it in the nun's house but after I got deadly sick last Thursday because of her cat she came to my house today. We had a lot of fun and she agreed this was an easy recipe and is sooooo good. It is in the oven and smelling up the house right now. You can find the recipe on YouTube under "Garlic Studded Pork Shoulder." Any idiot can fix this and feed at least 15 people with it. For a pot luck this is very nice.
