I love the new translation of the Roman Missal. Not my part particularly but what the priest now says. I was enthralled yesterday and today. Well, today I started to day dream and I wanted to say "Und mit Deinem Geiste' in response. Heaven help us all!
I arrived at the temple early this morning and St. Chow-chow asked me where little Bernie was. I had forgotten little Bernie. She volunteered to get him because I was asked to read. I was so upset that I forgot little Bernie that the reading was not very good either. For the next two weeks little Bernie does not need a pick-up and then St. Chow-chow wants to switch. I will have to mark it on my calendar BIG. Told her to remind me when the times comes.
Tonight I am having a social event at my house. I have a lovely homemade Advent arrangement. I love the one in our church. Very classy. That gave me the idea to do something special at home. My Christmas tree will not make an appearance until the 22nd and always stays up until February 2nd - the Feast of the Presentation.
