Marbach

This is how Schiller is venerated in Marbach. Schoolchildren throw flowers at his monument. Happens every year in November. Notice no leaves on the trees.
This is were boys and girls in Marbach learned how to row a boat. It is the river Neckar. Thus "Marbach am Neckar."
This is where little Catholic girls received First Holy Communion in Marbach before the Catholic community had their own church. This is a cathredral which became Protestant after the reformation. However, the Protestants lent it to the Catholics for special occasions.
