Dear John.......

We both wrote our "Dear John" letters today. The Crush absolutely refuses to fill in his significant other and I wrote that if  this relationship did not involve his significant other I did not want to be part of this reunion. He claims she would not understand. Not understand what? He's got a web page, advertises his books, is on Amazon. He is asking to be found now. I found him by accident. That should leave him off the hook and me too. It looks to me that he might have pulled this trick before and she probably would not believe him now even if this was a totally accidental reunion. Oh, well. My heart fluttered for 5 days.
What did he think I would be anyway? Mistress in the Internet closet? This thing did not pass the smell test.
