The Marriage Manual

A friend of mine and I want to write a marriage manual one of these days. Recently she wrote me that she wanted to sell her husband for a few squares of chocolate. Apparently the husband does not want to adopt the cat that found its way to their house. It needed vet care and she and her daughter took it to the vet and will have it neutered as well. I had a tom cat once. HUGE. We got him and he got constantly into fights. The vet told us we had to have him neutered or the constant fighting would kill him. We did and he stopped fighting but still always took charge when a stray animal wandered into the house. Cat in front, dog behind cat. It was hilarious. So I guess the first advice in our marriage manual will be to have all husbands neutered. That should end all marital fights.
